Embracing Obstacles In the Way
As we end what best can be described as a tumultuous year, the way we approach the future becomes more and more important.
I’m reminded of an old quote which seems appropriate.
“The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.”
-Marcus Aurelius
This phrase resonates with me when I’m faced with a challenge, “Don’t let the force of an event, a sudden impression knock you off your feet; Hold on a moment; collect your thoughts, see who you are and what you feel.
As we journey into 2019, collect your thoughts, assess your feelings, reset your attitude, and re assess your approach to new obstacles and, ultimately, how you live life.
The future is ours, how we live it is up to us.
